Ay Marketer LLC offers digital marketing, website design, Webflow development, funnel building, branding, advertising, email marketing, consulting, and related services. The Site also provides free downloadable resources such as PDFs, Notion templates, and Figma files. Users may book consultations or request services directly through the Site.

Payment terms vary based on the project. Some projects may be billed in milestones (e.g., 50/50 or 33/33/33 splits), as agreed upon with the client. Payment is processed through Stripe. For subscription-based marketing services, clients are billed monthly and may cancel or pause at any time. There are no refunds for subscription services once a billing cycle begins. For all other services, Ay Marketer LLC does not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Clients are expected to provide necessary materials such as brand assets, logos, and access credentials when requested. Failure to provide required assets in a timely manner may delay project delivery. Ay Marketer LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if the client becomes unresponsive.

While we aim to deliver high-quality work, Ay Marketer LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, revenue increases, or return on investment from marketing or design services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ay Marketer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Clients may cancel monthly marketing subscriptions at any time. All cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Ay Marketer LLC reserves the right to cancel or terminate any project or subscription due to client breach, abuse, or unresponsiveness.

Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through written communication via email. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree not to misuse the Site or services. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to breach security, spamming, scraping content, transmitting viruses, or violating any laws. We reserve the right to block or report misuse.

Ay Marketer LLC may modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
